What do we offer for Youth?
Monica Park has many programs for youth:
Youth Sunday School – Each week our youth grades 6th-12th meet from 9:30-10:15 to learn more about the Bible and our God. The lessons are age appropriate material that is life application based. The time together is fun and educational. Offering our youth an avenue to deepen their understanding of scripture, enhancing their relationship with Christ, and discovering that it is possible to be a Christian in today’s society … while having fun and making a difference in our community.
Youth Group Meetings – We offer youth groups each Sunday night for our youth grades 6th – 12th beginning at 5:00 pm. There is a free snack supper for each group at 6:00 pm that last for thirty minutes.
Chi Rho Youth Fellowship - Our youth between 6th and 8th grades. These youth meet for fellowship and Christian lessons. There are also service projects and many fun events. This age group also has the occasional lock-in and participates in the North Texas Area of the Christian Church with other youth (In the summer time there is a week-long camp they can attend in Athens, Tx.)
Christian Youth Fellowship (CYF) - 
Youth Group– for High School youth between the 9th and 12th grades. This group also meets weekly and has many fun events as well as serious discussions on day to day issues. C.Y.F. also participates in area events and goes on Mission trips. In the summer there are also week-long camps available in Athens, Tx.
Youth Mission Trips – Every year our youth in grades 6th-12th are provided opportunities to serve the Lord in our community and throughout the United States. This is an opportunity for our youth to share their love of Christ with our neighbors. The youth are hard at work to raise funds for these exciting adventures in the name of Christ.

Chi Rho Camp - Grades 6 and 7 Chi Rho Camp is one of the most unique and memorable experiences of all our summer camps. The week is filled with silly large group games, small groups where we practice talking about our faith, worship experiences and great keynotes.
Eighter's Youth Conference - Grade 8 AKA “Created to Be Me” Camp, 8’ers is designed to teach campers about spirituality and sexuality through a wonderful Christian curriculum. Parents will receive detailed information about each day’s topic and theme after they enroll their camper in the session.
Niner's Youth Conference - Grade 9 9’ers focuses on leadership development and spirituality. Campers are taught ways to strengthen their faith practices and how to use their gifts and talents to serve God.
CYF Conference - Grades 10-12 Conference 2015 will focus on who we are as the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). What do we believe and why? Reconnect with God and new and old friends during this one of a kind week that you will never forget.
Equestrian Camp - Grades 6-12 this camp is for experienced riders and new riders alike. Riding will be combined with the fun and faith aspects of our traditional summer camps. We’ll learn everything from care of horses to riding. Campers will be learning from certified instructors. No previous riding experience is necessary.
Adventure Camp - Grades 6-12 At this camp we’ll be snorkeling, canoeing, backpacking, swimming, hiking and zip lining. Come experience God out in Creation at an entirely new sort of summer camp. This event will begin at Disciples Crossing but will take place at a state park nearby. Experienced, trained adults will supervise all activities.
